Fort Hood Lacked System to Spot Threat of 2014 Rampage, Army Says

A United States Army report released on Friday said Fort Hood, the military base in central Texas, did not have a system in place that could have anticipated a rampage in April that left four people dead and 16 wounded.

The Army previously said it was logistically impossible to stop and search all 80,000 people who work on the sprawling base every day.
