SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A man arrested, then released in connection with a dismembered body found inside a suitcase in San Francisco has died, authorities said Sunday.
Mark Andrus, 54, died after admitting himself to a hospital on Saturday, police Sgt. Monica MacDonald said.

The medical examiner has yet to determine a cause of death or identify the victim.
