Run The Jewels’ remix of their critically acclaimed “Run The Jewels 2” is the most anticipated (and probably only) hip-hop album to be entirely comprised of cat sounds in 2015. After successfully funding a fan-created Kickstarter last year for “Meow The Jewels,” and then some — the additional profit going to the families of Mike Brown and Eric Garner — El-P and Killer Mike recruited a team of producers, which includes Portishead’s Geoff Barrow, Just Blaze, Boots, Zola Jesus, Skywlkr, Dan the Automator, the Alchemist, Baauer, Prince Paul, Nick Hook and Solidified Sun.
