About 4,000 refugees from villages in the Nuba mountains are living on a small settlement near Kodok, in South Sudan’s Upper Nile state. Conditions in the displacement camp, which is situated close to areas where civil war continues, are hard, with food scarce, schooling patchy and drinking water hard to come by.
