Supreme Court Halts Texas Execution Of Convicted Killer Lester Bower

WASHINGTON, Feb 5 (Reuters) – The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday put on hold the execution of Texas death row inmate Lester Bower as it considers whether to hear his full appeal.

Bower, sentenced to death for murdering four men in an aircraft hanger in 1983, was scheduled to be executed on Feb 10.
