The NYPD is searching for the man who they say attacked three people with a box cutter and punched a fourth early Wednesday morning. At least two of the victims said the man attacked them after they refused to hand over paltry sums of money.
Grainy security footage released by police shows the attacker, who is described as a heavy-set black man in his 20s.
