Kenyan Court Throws Out Sections of Controversial Security Law

NAIROBI — Kenya’s constitutional court on Monday threw out eight sections of an anti-terrorism law passed at the end of last year, including limits on the media and a cap on the number of refugees allowed in the country, ruling them unconstitutional.
