A sports anchor for a San Diego CBS affiliate was shot and wounded outside of his home Tuesday afternoon and police were hunting for a suspect they considered armed and dangerous.
KFMB-TV Sports Director Kyle Kraska was wounded in the leg and the left side of his stomach in the wealthy Scripps Ranch area of the city, the station reported.

Authorities said KCEN-TV meteorologist Patrick Crawford was in his car the morning of Dec. 17 when a gunman approached, yelled at him and shot him three times.
Crawford returned to the air four weeks later. Authorities are still looking for the gunman.
